LARRY SEMERIKOV
General Manager
From its beginnings in 2000, Larry built LS Drywall Inc. to the successful company it is today. He develops and communicates a vision for the company, leads the Dream Team, directs marketing, and builds on client relations and new business development.
He co-founded and serves as a board member of Holy Trinity Private School in Silverton, OR. http://www.holytrinityschool.us, which launched in 2020 and features a preschool, youth group, and community center. Larry also serves as president of the Russian Old Believers Community in Woodburn.
ZOYA SATHER
Project Manager
Zoya oversees all LS Drywall Inc. operations, and is dedicated to ensuring our clients receive the best customer service. She stands ready to help with anything they or the project may require, including extra labor needs. She makes sure all jobs run as smoothly as possible. Zoya establishes timelines and strategies, hires and schedules labor, and ensures project and safety compliance.
As a member of NOSHA, Zoya keeps up to date workplace safety concerns, goals, and trends in the region to help our company keep its pristine safety record intact. She has worked at LS Drywall Inc. since 2014 and enjoys hanging out on her family's lake front property.
NIA FROLOV
Construction Administrator
Nia keeps LS Drywall Inc.'s office running smoothly and provides quality customer service, handling contract compliance, compliance documents, accounts receivable, payments, material orders, change orders, submittal process, and prequalification forms. She assists with ACT estimating and helps in all departments when needed. At LS Drywall Inc. since 2014, Nia is a Canuck!
